Flora Licensing |

Current list of Declared Rare Flora (endorsed by the Minister 22 January 2008) ( 541.29 Kb)
Applications for flora licences should be made to the relevant Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) Regional/District office, or to DEC's State Operations Headquarters, 17 Dick Perry Avenue, Kensington. (Postal address: Flora Licensing, DEC, Locked Bag 30, Bentley Delivery Centre WA 6983.)
Local DEC offices will be able to advise on the acceptability of nominated areas, or species, for licence applicants. Licences will be issued specifying conditions that must be complied with.
Licence holders are required to supply returns of the flora they have taken. Full information on returns and conditions will be given when a licence is issued.
