In addition to being listed in the Department of Environment and Conservation's Current Vacancies page, advertisements for jobs will generally be placed on the WA Government Jobs Board at www.jobs.wa.gov.au and/or will be placed in the Government Appointments Section of The West Australian newspaper, giving details of the salary, essential qualification and experience, and instructions on how to lodge your application. While job seekers can still submit hard copy applications, you are strongly encouraged to submit your application electronically at the WA Jobs Board .
Note that there is no particular time of the year when recruiting takes place (except for the call for applicants for the Graduate Recruits program, which takes place on the first Saturday in October).
