concurrence

Concurrence is the statutory agreement by the Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Minister for State Development to support the establishment of a marine conservation reserve. The Minister for the Environment must seek these Ministers’ concurrence prior to releasing the indicative management plan for public submissions and prior to gazetting the reserve.
